RDDLZ DC contactor is specially designed to meet the requirements of high voltage DC switching applications. This DC power contactor is available with 12V/24V/48V/60V/72V coil voltage, NO contact form, 20A rated load current of contact circuit, and 750V DC maximum switching voltage.

Features

  • 20A DC contactor uses ceramic brazing technology and is filled with hydrogen-based gas at the contact area, which prevents oxidation and burning, ensures low and stable contact resistance, and provides IP67 protection.
  • It offers reliable performance with long-term current carrying capacity, high insulation resistance up to 100MΩ (1000VDC), and withstand voltage of 4kV between contact and coil.
  • The high voltage DC contactor complies with IEC 60664-1, GB/T14048.1, GB/T14048.4, RoHS (2015/863/EU), REACH (1907/2006/EC), and holds safety certifications such as CE and RoHS.

Applications

High voltage DC contactors are widely applied in electric vehicles (EVs), renewable energy systems (solar and wind), energy storage systems (ESS), DC charging stations, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and industrial equipment that requires safe and reliable DC switching.

Tips: What is the coil voltage of a DC contactor?

The coil voltage of a DC contactor is the rated DC voltage required to energize its electromagnetic coil and close or open the contacts. Common coil voltages include 12V DC, 24V DC, 48V DC, 60V DC, and sometimes up to 110V DC or 220V DC, depending on the application.

For example:

  • 12V/24V DC coils are widely used in automotive, marine, and battery systems.
  • 48V/60V DC coils are common in renewable energy and industrial battery setups.
  • 110V/220V DC coils are used in specialized industrial equipment

The exact coil voltage must be chosen to match the control circuit supply; using the wrong voltage may result in the contactor failing to operate or being damaged.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
