AC Gear Motor Standard Installation

All the RDDLZ 3-phase AC gear motors are suitable for this installation method, as shown in the following diagram.
In the diagram, Q1, Q4, Q7, Q8 are the standard types of oil hole direction. If you need the air hole be on a special position, please contact us to modify the air hole direction.
In actual use, it is recommended to pull out the oil plug in the air hole to balance the pressure in gearbox.

Details

Tips: Precautions for using 3-phase AC gear motor.

Do not use 3-phase AC gear motor outside the specifications specified on the gearbox and motor nameplate or product catalog to avoid electric shock, injury and damage to the device.
Do not put your fingers or objects into the opening of gear box or the 3-phase AC gear motor.
Do not use a damaged gearbox or gear motor to avoid injury, fire, etc.
Do not remove the nameplate. If users modify the 3-phase AC gear motor privately, the damage will not be covered by the warranty.
When moving the 3-phase AC gear motor, avoid dangerous actions such as falling off or overturning.
It is strictly forbidden to place combustibles around the gearbox and motor to avoid fire.
Do not place objects around the 3-phase AC gear motor to avoid affecting the ventilation and cooling of the motor, or even burns or fire due to excessive heat.
Do not touch the wheel, the end of motor shaft, and the key groove of gear without gloves to avoid injury.
In the rotating part of 3-phase AC gear motor, please install a safety cover or other devices to prevent injuries.
Before connecting with other machinery, please confirm the rotation direction. If the rotation direction is incorrect, it may cause personal injury or damage the device.
