Tips: Variable frequency drive heating problem treatments
The variable frequency drive will generate heat in operation due to internal loss, which the main circuit generates 98% and the control circuit 2%. In summer, the hot weather will raise the temperature of VFD to about 80~90℃. Because of VFD is an electronic device with electron device and electrolytic capacitor. The high temperature can cause components failure, LCD screen no display, and also cause VFD protection action. Therefore, must dissipate heat for VFD in order to extend the life of VFD.
General VFD operating ambient temperature is -10℃~+50℃. In order to ensure reliable operation of the VFD and extend the service life, VFD must perform heat dissipation. In winter, the built-in fan is able to drive the internal heat away. In summer, the temperature can reach 40℃, the built-in fan can only raise the indoor and VFD cabinet temperature. At this time the best way is to use the windows, or drill some φ500mm holes on the wall of the power distribution room near VFD, while ensuring in the cabinet around VFD there is some space, keeping natural ventilation. If this is still not enough, use built-in fan, or install exhaust fan and air flue around the holes to force out the heat. Moreover, the air conditioner can be the final solution for forced cooling.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
