A high precision sulfur dioxide (SO2) sensor/transmitter designed for accuracy and reliability in a variety of applications, including gas detection in domestic and industrial gas monitoring. Powered by a 10-30V DC power supply, it offers a variety of output signals (RS485/4-20mA/0-5V/0-10V) to meet your system requirements. Available in 20ppm or 2000ppm measurement ranges, it utilizes imported sensors and requires only 5 minutes of warm-up time to ensure accurate readings. It operates efficiently and reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C and humidity from 15%RH to 90%RH, with a response time of ≤45 seconds for 20ppm and ≤70 seconds for 2000ppm. With a resolution of 0.1ppm (20ppm) and 1ppm (2000ppm) for SO2, this gas detector is ideally suited for critical monitoring environments. This gas detector is ideal for critical monitoring environments and weighs only 0.5kg, making it a reliable and indispensable addition to your safety equipment.

Connection

Note: When wiring RS485 type gas sensors, please note that the A/B lines should not be reversed and the addresses of multiple devices on the bus should not be in conflict.

Note: When wiring the analog gas sensor, please pay attention to the positive and negative signal lines, and do not reverse the positive and negative of the current/voltage signal lines.

Application

Tips: Installation guidelines for sulfur dioxide (SO2) sensor/transmitter

  • Power Supply: Ensure a stable 10-30V DC power supply.
  • Location: Install in an area with the expected SO2 concentration. Avoid placing near strong magnetic fields or high temperatures.
  • Mounting: Secure the device firmly to avoid vibration and physical damage.
  • Warm-up Time: Allow at least 5 minutes for the sensor to warm up before use.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ensure the installation site maintains a pressure range of 90-110 kPa and a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C. Humidity should be non-condensing between 15%RH and 90%RH.
  • Wiring: Follow the wiring instructions carefully, ensuring correct connections for RS485/4-20mA/0-5V/0-10V output signals.
  • Maintenance: Schedule regular maintenance checks to ensure sensor accuracy and longevity.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
