Wiring Diagram

There are two ways to connect three-phase AC, namely star connection and triangle connection:

Star connection is to connect the three ends of the three-phase load together as the common end, and the three first sections lead to three live wires.

(For example, A-phase load is represented by Ax, B-phase load is represented by By, and C-phase load is represented by Cz, that is, x, y and z are connected together, and three wires A, B and C are drawn out) The voltage borne by each phase coil of the load is the phase voltage of 220 volts, that is, the voltage between the live wire and the zero wire (neutral wire) is 220V.

Triangle connection is to connect the beginning and end of each phase of the three-phase load in sequence.

(For example, A-phase load is represented by Ax, B-phase load is represented by By, and C-phase load is represented by C, that is, x is connected to B, y is connected to C, and z is connected to A, and the three wires drawn out are Bx, Cy, and Az) The voltage borne by each phase load is the line voltage of 380 volts, that is, the voltage between the live wires.

Tips: The difference between solid-state relays and other relays

The biggest difference between solid-state relays (SSRs) and traditional relays (such as electromagnetic relays and mechanical relays) is that they have no mechanical contacts and rely on semiconductor devices for switch control. Therefore, they have the advantages of long life, fast switching speed, no noise, and strong vibration resistance. In addition, the working process of SSR does not generate arcs or mechanical wear, which can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference. It is suitable for scenes such as industrial automation, motor control, and heating systems that require high-frequency switching and long-term stable operation.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
