   2. Support video real-time monitoring during optical fiber/ADSL/3G/4G communications.
3. Automatic alarm
   1. When the water level/rainfall exceeds the limit or the field equipment fails, it will automatically alarm, which has the function of an alarm.

4. Statistical Analysis
   1. Automatically count the time, day, month and year data reports of water level and rainfall.
