RDDLZ infrared temperature sensor with LCD display and 0-5V or 2 wire/4wire 4-20mA signal output, measures temperature without direct contact by detecting infrared radiation emitted by an object. This non-contact IR temperature sensor is used in environments where traditional contact sensors are impractical, such as in high-temperature settings or moving objects.

Detail

Note:

  1. In the temperature measurement state, please press (∧) and hold it, then press (∨) to enter the setting mode.
  2. Press (∧) to select the item you want to modify.
  3. After selecting the item you want to modify, press (∨) again to make the (-) symbol appear on the right side of the item, indicating that you have entered the setting mode.
  4. You can press (∧) to increase or (∨) to decrease to change its setting value.
  5. After confirming that the item is set, wait for 7 seconds and the button does not move. The non contact IR temperature sensor will automatically store the set parameter value and return to the temperature measurement state immediately.

Optical Resolution

The ratio of the distance from the non contact infrared temperature sensor to the object to the size of the spot being measured (D:S). The larger the ratio, the better the resolution of the instrument and the smaller the measured spot size. The closer the measured object is to black, the higher the measurement accuracy.

Tips: What is a non-contact infrared temperature sensor?

An infrared temperature sensor is a non-contact device used to measure the temperature of an object or surface. It detects infrared radiation emitted by the object, which is directly proportional to its temperature. The sensor converts this radiation into an electrical signal, then processed to determine the temperature reading.

These IR temperature sensors are commonly used in environments where traditional contact-based temperature measurements are impractical or impossible, such as in high-temperature or moving objects. Infrared temperature sensors are widely used in industrial automation, manufacturing, and healthcare applications, including monitoring equipment, detecting hotspots in electrical systems, and medical diagnostics.

The key advantages of infrared temperature sensors include their ability to provide quick and accurate temperature readings, durability in harsh conditions, and the capability to measure temperatures from a distance without affecting the object being measured.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
