Tips: Compact flow meter measurement principle
Electromagnetic flow meter to take advanced low-frequency square wave excitation design, the working principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. water flow meter up and down the two ends of the two electromagnetic coils produce a constant or alternating magnetic field, when the conductive medium flow through the electromagnetic flow meter, electromagnetic water flow meter pipe wall between the two electrodes can be detected between the induction of electric potential.
The size of the induced electromotive force and the conductive medium flow rate, the magnetic induction strength of the magnetic field, the width of the conductor (flowmeter measuring tube diameter) is proportional to the medium flow rate can be obtained through the operation.
