High temperature limit switch has two types of roller plunger, with contact type 1NO + 1NC and rated current/voltage 5A/220VAC. It has an IP66 protection rating, has strong dust and water resistance, and can operate reliably in harsh environments.

Note: In the diagram, OP means operation position, at which the external force is applied to the drive lever to make the movable contact just operating from the state of the free position. PT means pretravel, the distance the drive rod moves from the free position to the operation position.

Tips: Testing before installing limit switch

When actually using the limit switch, unexpected problems may occur. Therefore, testing before installation should be done to the extent possible.
In the test, not only the load conditions but also the use environment must be tested under the same conditions as the actual use state.
Each rated performance value described in the catalog is the value under the following conditions unless otherwise specified.

  • Inductive load: power factor above 0.4 (AC).
  • Time constant 7ms or less (DC).
  • Solenoid: Inrush current is 10~20 times of constant current.
  • Lamp load: Inrush current is 10~15 times of constant current.
  • Motor load: Inrush current is 5~10 times of constant current.
  • Relay: Inrush current is 4~5 times of constant current.

The use environment:

  1. Ambient temperature: -10~+350℃
  2. Ambient humidity: 40~ 70%RH

Note that inductive loads are particularly problematic in DC circuits, so it is necessary to fully understand the value of the load's time constant (L/R).
