Tips: Troubleshooting C512 Handheld Precision Signal Source Calibrator
1. The calibrator cannot turn on or automatically shut down.
Possible reasons:
a. Low battery
b. Poor contact between the plug of power adapter and the socket of the generator
Troubleshooting:
a. Replace the 4 AA batteries (1.5V) with new ones.
b. Ensure the plug is tightly fitted to the socket.
2. The device displays “ERROR”.
Possible reasons: Low battery
Troubleshooting: Replace the 4 AA batteries (1.5V) with new ones.
3. The signal output is intermittent.
Possible reasons: Poor contact of the probe
Troubleshooting: Ensure the probe wire and probe clip is connected well; the probe wire and the output of signal generator are tightly fitted.
