To reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) in the DC-DC step up module, you can start from the following aspects:
- Shielding and grounding: Use a metal shield to wrap the converter and ensure good grounding to reduce electromagnetic radiation.
- Layout and wiring: Optimize PCB layout, shorten the area of high-frequency switching loops, avoid current loops, and reduce electromagnetic radiation sources.
- Filter: Add LC filters at the input and output ends to suppress high-frequency noise.
- Switching frequency selection: Choose an appropriate switching frequency to avoid overlapping with the operating frequency of sensitive circuits or equipment.
