DC Vibration Motor Controller Troubleshooting
1. The motor does not rotate.
Check whether the power supply is normal, check whether the wiring of the motor wire is firm and correct, and whether the wiring of the potentiometer is correct and rotated to the correct position.
2. The motor speed is very slow
Check whether the voltage is normal.
3. The alarm LED is always on or flashing continuously
Except for the blinking of standby and semi-standby, check whether the working voltage is normal.
4. Alarm and LED is always on
Check whether the rotor is blocked, check whether there is phase loss, and check whether the phase line is short-circuited.
