Possible Causes:

Contact spring pressure is too small
There is oil on the contact, or the surface is uneven, and the metal particles are prominent.
The ambient temperature is too high or used in a closed control box
Copper contacts for long-term work
The overtravel of the contact is too small

Processing method:

Increase the contact spring pressure
Clean the contact surface
Contactor derating
Adjust the contact overtravel or replace the contact
