Tips: Hydrothermal Synthesis Reactor Troubleshooting

Leaking. If you notice leaking from the reactor, first check the O-rings or gaskets for damage or wear. Replace them if necessary. Ensure that the reactor is properly sealed and that all connections are tight.
Temperature control issues. If you are experiencing temperature control problems, check the temperature sensor for accuracy and proper placement. Ensure that the heating and cooling systems are functioning properly and that the temperature controller settings are correctly configured. If the temperature is not reaching the desired level, check for any blockages in the heater or temperature control lines.
Reactor not sealing properly. If you are having trouble sealing the reactor, check for debris or contaminants on the sealing surfaces.
