Applications
Tips: What should be noticed when using a dust particle counter
- Do not start the counter when the inlet tube is covered or blocked.
- The particle counter should be used in a clean environment to prevent damage to the laser sensor.
- Do not measure a gas mixture (e.g., hydrogen and oxygen) that may produce a reaction. This gas may also produce an explosion in the counter. Measure these gases need to contact the manufacturer for more information.
- Do not sample compressed air without high-pressure decompression equipment (e.g. high pressure diffusers), as all particle counters are designed to operate at one atmosphere.
- Water, solutions, or other liquids should not enter the sensor through the inlet tube.
- Particle counters are primarily used to test cleanroom clean environments and must be kept at least twelve inches away from the inlet tube when measuring areas with loose particulate material, dust sources, and sprays. In order to avoid the above particles and liquid pollution sensors and pipelines.
- When taking samples, avoid taking samples from the counter itself or being contaminated by the gas coming out of the counter.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
