Tips: UPS Inverter Troubleshooting
The battery or charging circuit is faulty. Check whether the input and output voltage of charging circuit is normal; If the input of the charging circuit is normal and the output is abnormal, disconnect the battery and test again. If it is still abnormal, the charging circuit is faulty. If the input and output of the charging circuit are normal after the battery is disconnected, it indicates that the battery is damaged.
Battery power supply over current. Whether the inverter breakdown; the battery voltage is too low. If the battery voltage is too low, check whether the battery charging circuit is normal. If the battery charging circuit is normal, check the battery voltage to check whether the circuit works normally.
After the ups is started, nothing is displayed on the panel. Check whether the mains input fuse is burnt out; check whether the battery insurance is burned down, because some ups will turn off all the output and display of the ups when the battery voltage cannot be detected by itself. Check whether the mains test circuit works normally.
