Tips: How to Maintain Brushless DC Motor?

1. Before disassembly, the dust on the surface of the motor should be cleaned with compressed air, and the dirt on the surface should be wiped clean.
2. Select the working place where the BLDC motor disintegrates and clean up the site environment.
3. Familiar with motor structure characteristics and maintenance technical requirements.
4. Prepare tools (including special tools) and equipment required for disintegration.
5. In order to further understand the defects in motor operation, if possible, an inspection test can be done before disassembly. The motor with load test, check the temperature, sound, vibration and other parts of the motor in detail, and test voltage, current, speed, etc, and then disconnect the load, do a separate no-load inspection test, to measure no-load current and no-load loss, make a good record.
6. Cut off the power supply, remove the external wiring of the motor and make a good record.
