1. Flow rate of peristaltic dosing pump is usually measured with clean water within 0.5 meters of suction and 0.5 meters of lift.
2. The minimum flow and maximum flow of common peristaltic dosing pumps are usually distributed in the range of 0.001 to 30L/min. RDDLZ peristaltic dosing pump has a variety of different flow ranges, which can meet various application requirements in the range of 0.001ml/min～33L/min. Some peristaltic dosing pumps can also stack the pump heads in series, and combine the two inlets and outlets of the two pump heads into one inlet and outlet through a Y-shaped three-way joint, to achieve the effect of doubling the flow rate.
3. Normally, speed range corresponding to the flow rate of peristaltic dosing pump is 0～600 rpm. There are a few peristaltic pump products whose speed will be higher, but the speed of conventional peristaltic pumps is limited to 600 rpm. If the speed is too high, the hose will not have time to rebound. As the speed increases, the flow rate will not increase significantly. If the speed is too high, the hose will wear faster.
