Tips: The main components of the miniature circuit breaker
A miniature circuit breaker (MCB) is a crucial safety device in electrical circuits, designed to automatically disconnect the circuit in the event of overload or short circuit. Its main components include:
- Frame: The outer casing that houses all the components, made from insulating materials to prevent electrical contact.
- Contact System: Includes moving and fixed contacts that open and close the circuit. When a fault occurs, the contacts separate to interrupt the flow of electricity.
- Trip Mechanism: This includes two types—thermal and magnetic. The thermal trip uses a bimetallic strip that bends with heat caused by an overload, while the magnetic trip uses an electromagnet to react to the sudden surge of current during a short circuit.
- Arc Chute: A device used to quench the electrical arc formed when the contacts separate, preventing the arc from damaging the micro circuit breaker and ensuring safe operation.
- Terminal Block: The points where the mini MCB connects to the incoming and outgoing electrical circuits.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
