Tips: How to select a DC contactor?
- The DC contactor shall be selected in accordance with the type of load current and degree of load, namely whether it's the AC load or DC load, the light load, general load or heavy load.
- Rated current of the main contact of a DC contactor should be greater than or equal to the current of load circuit. If the motor controlled by DC contactor starts, brakes or reverses frequently, the rated current of the contactor's main contact shall be generally degraded by one in its application.
- Rated voltage of the main contact refers to the rated voltage that the main contact can bear according to the value marked on the label, it doesn't refer to the voltage of sucking coil. When using, the rated voltage of the contactor's main contact should be greater than or equal to the rated voltage of the load.
- Selection of operation frequency. Operation frequency refers to the times the contactor connects and disconnects every hour. When the on-off current is large or the on-off frequency is too high, the contact will be seriously overheated, even suffer from fusion welding. In case the operation frequency exceeds the specified value, please select a DC contactor that has a higher level rated current.
- Selection of the coil's rated voltage. Rated voltage of the coil may not be necessarily equal to that of the main contact. When the circuit is simple and less appliances are used, please select a 380V or 220V voltage directly. If the circuit is complex and the appliances shall be used for more than 5 hours, a coil with a voltage at 24V, 48V or 110V can be selected.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
