Tips: Different types of synchronous Gear Motor

According to the different excitation mode, synchronous motor can be divided into electrically excited synchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor.

  • Electrically excited synchronous motor
Its rotor is made of a visible pole type, and the magnetic field coils installed on the magnetic pole core are connected in series with each other. They are connected into alternating opposite polarity, and two leads are connected to the two slip rings mounted on the shaft. The magnetic field coil is excited by a small AC generator or accumulator. In most synchronous motors, the AC generator is mounted on the motor shaft to supply the excitation current to the rotor pole coil. Because the synchronous motor cannot start automatically, the winding is also installed on the rotor to start the motor. The winding is placed around the rotor and is similar in structure to an asynchronous motor.
When the three-phase AC power supply is connected to the stator winding, a rotating magnetic field is generated in the motor. The winding cuts the magnetic line of force and generates an induced current, thus making the motor rotate. After motor rotation, its speed is slowly increased to just below the speed of the rotating magnetic field, the magnetic coil rotor via direct current to inspire, to form a rotor magnetic pole that is attempting to track on the stator rotating magnetic pole, thus increasing the rate of motor rotor until synchronization with a rotating magnetic field rotation.
  • Permanent magnet synchronous motor
Synchronous motors with unexcited rotors can be used for single-phase power supplies as well as multiphase power supplies. One of these motors has stator windings similar to those of split-phase or polyphase motors and a squirrel cage rotor whose surface is cut into flat surface. The rotor pole is made of a magnetized steel, which can always remain magnetic. The squirrel cage winding is used to generate the starting torque, and when the motor rotates to a certain speed, the rotor pole synchronizes with the current frequency of the stator coil. The polarity of the display pole is induced by the stator, so its number should be equal to the number of the top pole of the stator. When the motor turns to its due speed, the squirrel cage winding is useless. It relies on the rotor and the magnetic pole to follow the stator pole to maintain rotation, so that it is synchronized.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
