Gas solenoid shut off valve uses NBR rubber sealing material to ensure good air tightness. The emergency gas shut off valve opening time is less than 1 second and is suitable for an operating temperature range of -10℃ to 50℃. The manual opening function facilitates quick response, and the valve closing can be driven by DC pulses or manually operated, with a closing time of less than 0.3 seconds.

Tips: Installation requirements of gas shut off solenoid valve

The valve must be installed after the indoor main valve.
A gas shut off solenoid valve should be installed in the gas flow direction marked on the valve body. The coil must not be placed in downward position A valve may be installed horizontally or vertically.
The gas solenoid valve control wires should be connected correctly. White indicates positive while black stands for negative. Mismatch lends to fatal consequences.
During pipe maintenance, such as pressurized pipe cleaning. The valve should remove to avoid damages to the valve sealing.
During pressure tests, the gas shut off solenoid valve should be turned on.
The valve's opening knob can be pulled up when equal pressure has been reached at the inlet and the outlet of the valve.
Wrong polarity, wrong voltage or prolonged power on may damage the electromagnetic coil.
