Tips: Current Transformer Accuracy Levels

Current transformer accuracy levels are 0.1, 0.2 (0.2S), 0.5 (0.5S), 1, 3, and 5P, 10P levels. 0.1 level is used for precision measurement in laboratory; 0.2 (0.2S) and 0.5 (0.5S) levels are used for power metering; 1 and 3 levels are used for current measurement; 5P and 10P are used for protection, such as overload protection current transformer, differential protection current transformer, grounding protection current transformer (zero sequence current transformer).
