Tips: How to adjust screw feeder?
- Enter the manual operation screen click to transfer the product to the locked position (the locked cylinder and the manipulator cylinder must be in the upper position to operate). Take the drive shaft out of the electric batch/air batch processing interface, jog the operation and adjust the batch port to a distance of 5-10mm from the product.
- Loosen the drive shaft fixing clip and slide the fastening screw, move the bit to the corresponding lock hole position, insert the bit into the screw slot, and rotate the bit to check the alignment. Tighten the screws of this clip; adjust to the same axis.
- Let the lifting cylinder return to the top position, and check whether the electric bit head of the platform automatic locking screw machine blocks the feed port from the mouth of the batch. If blocked, rotate the upper slide set nut upward until it is adjusted to the correct position.
- All station fixtures should be placed in product alignment to see if they are in the same position. Put the product into the grab position fixture, move the gripper to the grab position, open the gripper down and adjust the gripper opening distance. After debugging the platform automatic locking screw machine, check whether all the screws are tightened.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
