Tips: Linear screw stepper motor VS Ball screw rotating servo motor

  1. Precision: Linear screw stepper motor reduces the problem of interpolation lagging because of simple transmission gear structure. The positioning accuracy, accuracy reappearance, absolute accuracy are higher than the ball screw rotary servo motor through position detection feedback control and it is easy to achieved. The positioning precision of the linear screw stepper motor can reach 0.1μm while the precision of ball screw rotating servo motor can reach a maximum of 2~5μm.
  2. Speed: The speed of the linear stepper motor can reach 300m/min and the accelerated speed can reach 10g. The ball screw speed is 120m/min and the accelerated speed is 1.5g. Linear screw stepper motor has considerable advantages from the contrast of speed and the accelerated speed. The speed of linear screw stepper motor will be further improved after solving the heating problem successfully.
  3. Service Life: There is installation clearance between the moving parts and the fixed parts and they have no contact. The linear screw stepper motor will not be worn out due to high speed reciprocating motion of the active cell. The motion positioning accuracy will keep unchanged for long-term use and it is suitable for high precision occasions. The ball screw rotating servo motor cannot guarantee the accuracy in high speed reciprocating motion because high speed friction will cause wear of the screw nut and affect the precision requirement for movement. That is the demand for high precision it cannot be met.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
