Digital counter has 6 digit display, frequency/rev/linear speed measuring function, DC 12V/24V external power supply.

Features:

  • Various parameter settings, simple operation.
  • Input: Various waveform pulses (square wave, triangle wave), proximity sensor, photoelectric sensor, voltage signal, contact switch, encoder, etc.
  • Digital counter can also be used to measure the power frequency (AC 0-600V), measurement range: 0.01Hz-100KHz, resolution: 0.01Hz.
  • 6 digit display, decimal point automatic conversion.
  • Input/output signals photoelectric isolated, anti-interference ability.
  • Digital output: Up to 3 alarms, high value, low value, high and low value alarm modes are optional, analog output: 4-20mA or 0-10V transmission output, measuring range setting arbitrarily.
  • Standard RS232 or RS485 MODBUS RTU communication, can be directly connected with computers, PLC or other equipments.

Tips: Error of digital counter

  1. Quantization error
In the digital measurement of frequency, the measured quantity is not exactly an integral multiple of the standard unit. So there is a part of the time not counted in the quantization process cause the error. Besides, the gate opening and closing time are out of sync (random) with measured signals, which will cause plus or minus error of digital counter.
  2. Trigger error
Under the influences of interference signal, the gating pulse let the triggering advanced or lagged, and then trigger error is caused.
  3. Standard frequency error
Under the influences of the external environment or its own structural performance and other factors, the standard frequency (such as the crystal oscillator) adopted by digital counter will produce drift, and then standard frequency error is introduced.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
