Thermal overload relay features overcurrent and phase-failure protection functions. It is used to provide overload protection open-phase protection and protection against unbalanced current for motors and it can also avoid heating in electrical equipment. Optional current setting range 23~32 Amps or 28~35 Amps, current rating 36A, working voltage 220V~690V. 3-phase thermal relay is often used in AC motors, which is suitable for 25A contactor and 63A gG fuse breaker.

Thermal Overload Relay Applications
- Thermal overload relays are often used in circuit protection, overload, phase failure, overtime start and locked-rotor for AC motors.
- Thermal overload relay has functions of phase failure protection, temperature compensation, adjustable setting current, automatic or manual reset, operation indicator, NP and NO auxiliary contacts separate insulation.
- The thermal overload relay has small installation area and various mounting methods. It has test button and stop button, which is convenient for checking the flexibility of operation.
- The protective cover of thermal overload relay can protect fingers from electric shock. The locking device can prevent misoperation.
- Thermal overload relay comes with remote operation, complete functions and excellent quality.

Tips: Precautions for using 35 Amp thermal overload relay.
- 35 Amp thermal overload relay can only be used to control the overload protection of AC motors, not as short-circuit protection.
- Before installing 35 Amp thermal overload relay, you must understand the rated current of the protected object, and the selected specification must be +20% of the rated current.
- Usually, the 35 Amp thermal overload relay is installed directly behind the starting contactor (Magnetic Switch) of AC motor.
- When the current is too high or the load current exceeds the setting, the 35 Amp thermal overload relay will start and disconnect the circuit. Although the path can be restored through reset button, when thermal overload relay is activated, the set current cannot be arbitrarily adjusted. The cause of overload should be found out, otherwise the protected equipment will be easily burned down.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
