Tips: Protection functions of water well pump and DC controller
- Over-current protection: When the water well pump model is mismatched or UVW three-phase in short-circuit connection.
- Phase protection: UVW three-phase is in an open circuit.
- Stall protection: When the pump model is mismatched. A pump extension cord is too long. Solar water pump power is too low. The pump bearing is stuck.
- Low voltage protection: The input voltage of the solar pump is too low.
- High voltage protection: The input voltage is too high.
- Dry-run protection: Not all of the air in the pump is exhausted. There is no water in the deep well/pond.
- High-temperature protection: The temperature of the DC controller MCU is more than 90℃.
- Reverse connection protection: The wiring is wrong.
